How this site handles your details.

Who runs this site

Cityecho is the trading name of Michael Lee, a REALTOR® with eXp Realty. You can reach the person responsible for your details at hello@cityecho.ca or on 604.803.9863.

What you send us

The contact form and the viewing worksheet download ask for your name, email address and phone number. The contact form also takes the service you pick and the message you write. Nothing else is required.

When you send either form, your browser also attaches the page you were on, the page you came from, the campaign tags in the link you clicked (if any), your screen size, language and time zone, and how many seconds you spent on the site. Our server adds your IP address and the city, region, postal code and country that your network provider is registered to. This helps us answer your enquiry with the right context.

Why we use it

We use your details to answer your enquiry, send the file you asked for, and follow up about your home search. If you ask us to stop, we stop.

Who receives it

• Michael Lee receives every enquiry by email. A copy goes to the team that builds and maintains this website.
• The email is sent through Resend, an email delivery service, which handles the message on our behalf.
• The site runs on Cloudflare, which sees each request made to the site, including your IP address.
• We do not sell your details.

Visit measurement

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and clicks, and Microsoft Clarity to show us how visitors move through pages (clicks, scrolling and mouse movement). Both load as soon as a page opens. Advertising storage and ad personalization are switched off in Google Analytics. To block both tools, use your browser’s tracking protection or an extension that blocks analytics scripts.

While you browse, the site keeps a short note in your browser’s session storage (the pages you opened and how you arrived). It is cleared when you close the tab.

Listings, maps and reviews

Listing data comes from the real estate board feed through our listing service. Maps and reviews come from Google, and Google sets its own rules for what it collects when that content loads.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to stop contacting you. Write to hello@cityecho.ca and say what you need. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner for British Columbia.
