How to use the result

What do these scores mean?

The scores summarize your own ratings and priorities. A higher number means a closer fit to the preferences you entered. The tool does not measure property value, condition or affordability.

How is the result calculated?

Each rating is multiplied by its priority weight. The products are added and divided by the total weight. Both homes use the same weights.

Can I use this instead of checking the property?

Use the comparison to organize questions for a viewing. Confirm property information, financing and legal obligations separately with the relevant professionals.

Method: NIST weighted mean. Reviewed September 9, 2026. No property or market data is supplied by this tool.
