In Michael's words
Since returning to Vancouver and experiencing the challenges of homeownership, I discovered a passion and purpose in understanding the inner workings of real estate. Since then, I've embarked on a journey through formal education, training, and hands-on experience to explore the various types of strategies, planning, and services the field has to offer.
On this journey, I hope to bring more transparency to the public by shedding light on the regulatory and policy changes impacting property values, and by openly sharing the due diligence required for presale investments. Vancouver is home and my mission is to help more people who share the same sentiment toward a stable, long-term goal of homeownership.
It is always relationships over transactions. Transactions come and go but relationships are what makes my work meaningful. On this path, I'm privileged and grateful to form lasting relationships with people from all walks of life.
