Media and brand

The Cityecho brand.

The Cityecho brand in one place: what the name and the mark mean, the approved logo files, the colour palette, the typefaces, and the wording to use when you write about us.

Writing about Cityecho or building something that carries the logo? Take the files and the wording from this page so everything matches.

Where the name comes from.

An echo is a signal that carries. The name says what the business does: it takes what is happening in the market, in zoning, and in policy, and passes it on in a form people can act on.

The mark above the “i” is that signal. Two arcs rising from a filled dot, drawn to show information moving outward from one person to many. It is the same shape you see in the standalone brandmark, scaled up.

There are no houses, roofs, or keys anywhere in the identity. That absence is deliberate. Those symbols belong to a business built on transactions, and Cityecho is built on interpretation: reading land, policy, and opportunity, then telling you what they mean for your decision.

Everything else follows from that. A clean geometric sans-serif with no decorative detail. A palette that stays composed instead of shouting. The whole system is restrained on purpose, because clarity is the product.

Tagline

connection. clarity.

This is the signature line. It names the two things the business is built on: relationships that last longer than one sale, and information people can actually use. It works best sitting next to the wordmark or close to it.

Set it exactly as written, in lowercase, with a period after each word. Never reword it, never add a third word, and never capitalise it, even at the start of a sentence.

Logo

Download the approved artwork.

These are the only versions in circulation. Each one is an SVG, so it stays sharp at any size. Use the artwork as supplied and do not redraw or rebuild it.

Space and size

Leave clear space on all four sides of the logo equal to the width of the icon that sits above the “i”. Keep type, photos, and page edges out of that space.

In print, never set the logo smaller than 1 inch (26 mm) tall. Where colour is restricted, the logo may run in solid black or solid white.

What not to do

  • Do not rotate the logotype or the icon.
  • Do not skew or distort the logotype or the icon.
  • Do not recolour any part of the logotype or the icon outside the approved palette.
  • Do not set the logotype in any font other than the corporate font.

Colour

Five colours, each doing a job.

Reproduce from the hex values below rather than by matching the swatch on screen, and follow your printer’s own specifications for anything going to press.

  • Deep Teal

    #235F6E

    Clarity. Intelligence. Calm authority.

Carries grounded confidence that feels composed rather than overpowering. It signals strategic thinking and adds structure and focus when paired with softer tones.

  • Soft Mist Blue

    #B3C5C7

    Transparency. Simplicity. Openness.

A light, breathable tone that creates space for clear thinking. It reinforces a people-first, pressure-free experience.

  • Rose Sand

    #EAC2CA

    Warmth. Connection. Emotional intelligence.

The human element of the palette. It reflects care and understanding beyond transactions, adding softness without losing sophistication.

  • Stone Taupe

    #B8ADAA

    Stability. Practicality. Timelessness.

A steady, reliable presence that reinforces well-informed decisions and long-term thinking. It grounds the palette without relying on trends.

  • Charcoal Plum

    #554D4F

    Depth. Strategy. Quiet confidence.

A refined tone that signals experience and elevated thinking. It anchors the palette with contrast and weight.

Typography

Two typefaces, used consistently.

Sulphur Point

abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz

ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ

The display face, and the face the logotype is drawn in. Use it for titles and short points of emphasis, in lowercase wherever that reads naturally, so headings match the logo.

Montserrat

abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz

ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ

The body face. Montserrat never appears in the logotype. Its even geometry holds up across long copy, captions, forms, and small print, on screen and in print.

Both faces are sans-serif by choice. Stripping the decorative strokes leaves type that reads cleanly at any size and keeps attention on what is being said.

Pattern

A signal moving through noise.

The brand pattern is a field of dots that grows from small and sparse to large and dense. It draws the same idea as the mark: one point of clarity spreading outward and changing the decisions around it.

Use it as a background, either bold or faint, and keep it behind the content rather than competing with it. The artwork sits in the full guidelines.

Approved wording

How Cityecho describes itself.

These three statements are reproduced from the brand guidelines word for word. Quote them as they stand.

Vision statement

To redefine how people navigate real estate by bringing clarity, transparency, and strategic insight to every decision. Cityecho exists to create a more informed and connected real estate experience, where homeowners, investors, and builders can move forward with confidence in a market shaped by constant change. Through a focus on land, policy, and long-term thinking, the vision is to become a trusted platform for those who want to understand not just what is happening… but what is possible.

Mission statement

Real estate is evolving. It is no longer just about transactions, but about understanding how land, policy, and opportunity intersect. Cityecho's mission is to simplify that complexity and provide clear, actionable insight that empowers better decisions. By combining technical knowledge, market intelligence, and a transparent, people-first approach, Cityecho helps clients navigate everything from everyday moves to more strategic opportunities involving development, zoning, and land use. The goal is simple. Remove confusion. Create clarity. Enable smarter outcomes.

Value proposition

Clarity, where others create noise. Cityecho delivers a different kind of real estate experience, one built on transparency, insight, and strategic thinking. With a deep understanding of zoning, land use, and market dynamics, Cityecho helps clients see opportunities others overlook. This is not about pressure or sales tactics. It is about providing the information, context, and guidance needed to make confident decisions. For homeowners, investors, and builders alike, Cityecho creates a clearer path forward… grounded in knowledge, connection, and purpose.

Compliance

Required on every piece.

Anything that markets Cityecho carries two things, as the real estate regulator requires:

  • The brokerage logo (eXp Realty).
  • The line “This is not intended to solicit properties currently under contract.”
